“The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. As it was our first time here, the person at the cashier helped us pick out a drink and we LOVED IT!!!! Will definitely be coming back to this location soon. I recommend the cookies and cream milk tea (I got this one with boba and 75 percent sweet and it was phenomenal). My husband got the taro milk tea with tapioca half sweet and he finished it before we left the store!“

“New TASTY boba shop in Richmond! My Vietnamese coffee and boba are good/strong!!! I am picky about my tapioca and Richmond does not have a good tapioca location. I’m so happy Tea-Amo Boba House opened here!!! The staffs were quick with my order and friendly. Definitely my new go to tapioca shop and cute atmosphere!!! :)“

“As someone who has worked in the service industry for years I can say that Abby gave exceptional customer service. I had come in with an issue that she quickly and efficiently resolved. She provided a warm friendly atmosphere that often isn’t seen in high volume boba shops. She took orders and made all our drinks and everything was perfect! Multitasking at its finest, I hope someone gives her a raise :)“

Store was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location in Richmond with ample parking. Crane machine was a big hit with the kiddos.“

“We’ve been waiting for the shop to open and so glad they are now! I had a passion fruit yogurt it was amazing. It’s so refreshing, creamy and I love the seeds from the passion fruit!
It doesn’t give you a bloated feeling, either. It really hit the spot!

“My kids love it. There isn’t a kids’ menu but there are plenty of things for them to choose from. Friendly staff. I think the owner is in there a lot- she seems like she runs a tight ship! Great food and nice atmosphere.“

“Moved to the area a few months ago and have been on the hunt for a good teahouse. Saw Mai’s the other day on my drive home. Stopped in and ordered three banh mi and a boba tea. The spicy beef was just right. And the cajun shrimp was perfect. I will be eating here as often as I can.“

“Ordered Gyoza as an appetizer and they were mouthwatering delicious! My hubby and I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen which was sooooo good! It was mildly spicy and just felt right! I highly recommend Iza Robata Ramen, high quality of ingredients, everything was deliciously good, and amazing customer service! Everyone was so helpful and constantly checking up on us if we needed anything! At the end of our meal, we were treated to a Tiramisu cake Matcha flavored, oh my it was soooo good, it was perfect not overly sweet, just perfect! Next time I am around Rosenberg, I'll definitely stop by again!!!“
