Never in my life.. I just sat at the speaker to take my order for 3 minutes. Nobody said a word. So, I said hello 3 times and asked was it working. Still nothing. I figured it was broken so I pulled around and waited. I thought of him I was sorry was the speaker broken. His response was “no I was talking to a customer”. I asked if he couldn’t quickly tell me to hold on so I’ll know it’s not broken and he literally gave me the same response “no I was talking to a customer”.. didn’t mind waiting at all but if in the 3 minutes you couldn’t give one second to say “wait dog” you just don’t want my service and I’m ok with that.“

“I tried to do an official survey on from the receipt but it gave me trouble, but the customer service from the employees was beyond what anyone on this earth deserves. They were sweet from the moment that I entered the building and it was warm because of their spirits. It was not just a fast food place because of the true hearts that worked there! Another thing, I walked in and I was taken care of the speed of drive through so they are truly on another level with their care. Nothing but blessings to them!“

“Had a long night and just wanted some nice chicken. Pulled up to kfc and had the best experience. They were short staffed and yet the two staff there Erin and Kimberly provided great service and had good attitudes despite the circumstances.“

“Staff is amazing. Food service, although very slow it is a fresh, clean restaurant. Some focus should be made on the soda fountain area and cleaning the exterior. Curb appeal goes a long way. Overall, this is a staple in the area, and the staff is always attentive.“

“I stopped in last minute for a takeout meal and was glad I did. The service was friendly, and based on the cashier’s recommendation, I went with the two chicken tender meal with fries. While I had requested no pickles, my order did still come with them, which was a small miss.

By the time I got home, the fries were still crispy, and the sauce complemented both the tenders and fries really well. The chicken tenders themselves were large, flavorful, and had a nice spicy kick, while the fries were well-seasoned and plentiful.

Initially, I thought the price was on the higher side, but given the portion sizes and quality, it felt reasonable in the end. Since the pickles were placed on the toast, I decided to pass on that, but overall the meal was satisfying and worth the stop.“
