I had to purchase a small $2 bag of tortilla chips to go with my bowl.. the bag was printed in large letters ‘MADE FRESH DAILY”…they were STALE.!! (purchased before noon) It took me about two years to try Chipotle again after disappointing experiences at other stores. ($$$). You’re going to have to do a lot better.!! See you again maybe in a couple of years. The bowl was actually good, but chips should be included at that price.. and they should be fresh....read full review
Ordered a burrito, initially it needed extra rice from the first serving. I just politely asked for more and they politely added more. Like others said in reviews the chips were stale- no bueno-

Very disappointed by my portion size. I asked for her to not give me the full portion on rice but she literally cut everything down. I feel robbed.
