“My wife and I have discovered Simon Lee bakery in Pflugerville in 2005. Our first event was a birthday cake that we had them prepare for us and it was just perfect from decoration to taste. Since then we have always gone back there for special occasions. Just recently for my wife's 60th Birthday, the cake was a white cream with raspberry filling...I mean, it was too scrumptious for words. We ended up picking 2 flavors to serve at the wedding: vanilla cake with raspberry filling and rose frosting, and rosemary cake with strawberry filling and vanilla frosting.
