We were there with a party of 12 people and at first the service was good. Then the other table left and it took us forever to get served meats. There were many missing items on the salad bar to begin with. Then I asked three different times for a specific cut and each time was told five more minutes. My son-in-law also asked for a cut and his brother for water. They also waited far too long and the cut he asked for never came. We explained we had never been there, no one told us anything about the ‘process’ service, there were 4+ people waiting on our table of 6, and they couldn’t get the dinner aides, drinks, or deserts out. We had to ask for each thing multiple times. We mentioned it was a 3 person birthday dinner, and one of the birthday people wanted cheese bread for desert - I offered to buy the dozen to go….but when they didn’t arrive and we asked again - they brought them to the table...read full review
