Yesterday, They had no chicken sandwiches and no fish sandwiches at 6pm. They didn’t post the outage so I wasted 15 minutes waiting in line for nothing. The person taking the order was rude too.
Ran through Popeyes on 620 on a Sunday about 5:50 pm. Sign on the speaker says “closing at 6 pm. Sorry”. Ok then. We order our food and drive to the window. The lady tells us they’re out of chicken for the sandwiches, but they can use tenders instead. We hesitantly agreed and got our food, paid and drove off. At home, 3 of the sandwiches had 1 TENDER! Not the 2 they said they would put in. We called the number and it’s not in service. What a rip off! Won’t go back unless...read full review
Don't bother ordering ahead online for pickup. There's no online order pick up parking for quick pick up. You still have to wait in the long drive-thru line along with all those who did not order ahead. And you already paid. And you don't have the option to cancel. Basically pointless.
