Manager was very unprofessional and rude. I came on my lunch break to get some food and I ended up finding a hair and the burger and I was very disgusted. The manager did not seem to care her. Her name is Michelle. I don’t know if she just started working there or maybe she just doesn’t Have any customer service skills at all but she should not be in Manager there at all and I say that twice because I’ve never had such bad experience in Whataburger as I did at this one

This location has always been subpar but tonight's visit was the nadir. They were out of small burger patties. The "Whatawings" looked like something 7-11 would have tossed out. They. Were. Out. Of. *Napkins*.Staff was friendly is the best I can say about it; it wasn't their fault the location has poor management.Next time I'll just wait and go to the new one on 620.
