“When I say these are real, authentic, handmade bagels, I am not kidding. They are hands down the best bagels I’ve ever had, and trust me—I’ve tried a lot of places, especially around Dallas (not naming any names 😉). They’re fresh, flavorful, and exactly what a true bagel should be. The cream cheese is fresh and delicious, and now that they’re making sandwiches too, it just keeps getting better. They also recently had a beautiful mural painted inside by a local artist, and it’s absolutely a must-see when you visit. If you’ve never had a real, fresh bagel before, you need to try the Bagel Lady. And even if you have—you still need to go. The owner is just as sweet as she can be and incredibly supportive of the community. We are lucky to have the Bagel Lady in Rockwall“

“These two ladies are ROCKING the Einstein Bros!! If I could come in here everyday and see to see these two hard working smiling faces, I would. These are the hardest working ladies for a very busy bagel store. Go see them and sure hope they are paid well by corporate! They deserve it.“

“😡First time, last time - I was really looking forward to those bagels, too. Cashier rang my order up wrong, $3.00 difference (more). Instead of explaining the mistake and letting me pay the difference or just let it go (wasn't my fault), manager insisted on voiding the transaction to re-ring "correctly." Told her just credit the ticket and left. Terrible attitude to take with any customer, especially a new one (which I mentioned more than once).“

“This was our first time at this particular location. Parker took very good care of us! We had planned to visit early this morning, but I wasn't feeling well. So we ended up visiting just before closing time. I hate going to places just before they close, but we never felt pressured or any negativity during our visit. The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind, and the food was great! We will be back!“
