I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. I had a really disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. I placed a simple request to have spicy fried chicken instead of grilled on my wrap — something I’ve done many times at other Chick-fil-A restaurants without any issue.
This location flat-out refused, even though they weren’t busy at all. It wasn’t an unreasonable ask, just a small adjustment that other stores are happy to accommodate. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
