“Seriously the best catfish and shrimp! The breading (along with everything else) is seasoned so well. Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. The catfish literally melts in your mouth. The food isn’t greasy and the customer service is 10/10! We love coming here. So rare to find that authentic Louisiana taste, but this is it!!“

“The place is inside a gas station with a few tables and chairs for dine-in. I was a bit shy at first because they only spoke Spanish and I was struggling to place my order but the food was worth it! It was $12 for a plate of 3 barbacoa tacos, rice, and beans. The green hot sauce was yummy too (not too hot)!“

“Drove about 30 minutes and wasn’t disappointed! Visited them in commerce Texas and it was amazingggg. I ordered a quart of the lobster bisque, and a garlic lobster roll and omg I will definitely be back. The only thing was that the lobster roll was a little small but it was so tasty I didn’t mind too much.“

“This was very nice and delicious. My apartment complex had Carl's Kitchen food truck yesterday, 5p-8pm. I got there about 6:15pm and there were three customers ahead of me. Mr. Carl was cool. I ordered, paid and got a pager. That was neat. It was not a long wait before I got zapped. The food was hot and fresh. Excellent seasoning on the burger and the fries.
I did not give it 5 stars only because of presentation. My apartment graciously comped my meal (first 25 residents got tickets) however for the price point advertised i would hope a bit more effort in making it aesthetically pleasing. I don't mind spending $20+ for a gourmet burger and fries but please make it pretty.“
