“Stopped in today after my son's appointment in Plano. The lady who assisted us (I am presuming the owner) was very friendly to both my son and I. We dined in and ordered a Thai tea smoothie w/boba, a mango smoothie with boba, pork noodles, the crispy chicken. My Thai tea was good (I didn't taste my son's smoothie), but the food was served piping hot and was amazing! The crispy chicken was full of flavor. My son who is 5 told me when we left that I should have got some more of that chicken to bring home. The noodle broth was some of the best I have ever tasted. So glad I stopped in.“
“This place is adorable! I took my kids there this afternoon and tried an assortment of their foods including the Korean corn dog and the macaron ice cream sandwich. Both were very good! The ice cream sandwiches are so cute! We also got the strawberry milk tea and my girls loved it. We loved everything we tried. Super cute and fun place. So happy they are here!“

““His Tea” is my absolute favorite spot for tea, offering a customizable experience that suits my preferences perfectly. I always opt for less sweet and less ice, and they nail it every time. The rose milk tea without foam is a standout. If you’re looking for fruit tea or Boba tea place that caters to your specific tastes, “His Tea” is the place to go.“

“It's hidden in a corner of a shopping center. If you don't know where to look, it is easy to be missed. The center seems to be on a less busy side so I hope they can have some type of signage to bring in more customers. Their drinks are always on point. I tend to order one of our usual drinks and one that in season or on their ads. I don't think we have tried any that we don't like yet. So far all their drinks have been on point and to our taste. The bobas are soft and chewy the way we like it. Their service is fast and employees are usually nice. Plenty of parking because of a big shopping center.“

“The kiwi smoothie was delicious and the staff is attentive and friendly. The bathroom is well lit, clean, private, and has high quality toilet paper -- a real rarity in public facilities. My wife described the boba as having above average texture. I don't personally like any boba so I have no idea what she's talking about. I just really like the atmosphere here.“

“I judge a donut shop based on the taste of their donuts, their selection, and the folks working there - often the owners in a non-chain shop. Donut Bliss is a winner in all three. Every donut I've eaten there has been a great. They make cronuts - croissant donuts - and other fancier varieties. And the folks working there are always super-nice and it's obvious they appreciate your business. They aren't, I have to say, the cheapest donut shop. But for me, donuts are an occasional treat, and the quality is worth the cost!“

“Feng Cha Rowlett has never done me wrong. Been going here consistently since they opened and never had a drink come out incorrectly, never had a less-than-stellar customer service experience, & the interior is always well kept. Feng Cha's menu isn't quite my particular taste but they are genuinely the only boba place in/near the Rowlett area that is actually consistently good so I enjoy going here.“

“I came in for the first time and was greeted by a kind woman who welcomed me in and gave me a sweet compliment about my dress. She was very friendly and the mangonada I got was delicious! They have a lot of options and the prices are great. They have plenty of seating with a couch and tv area.“

“If you're looking for some cheap Asian eats, this is the place! But do keep in mind that if you come during peak times, it can get pretty crazy in this food court ? Finding a seat may be tough, and because you are encouraged to leave your dirty dishes on the table after you're done eating, don't expect any fine dining here!Nevertheless, the drinks here are solid for the low prices, regardless of whether you're more into cold or hot drinks. I come here nearly on a weekly basis because of how consistent the drinks are. The rice plates are also worth trying as well! The drink stand and food counter are owned by the same company. The baristas serving me at FULLL are also quite helpful and offered me different drink and customization recommendations. I'll definitely be back soon!Parking: You may have to find some parking around the sides and back of the lot during peak hours“

“DRINKS Matcha Creme Brulee - lowkey this drink reminds me of Highland Coffee Tra Xanh Freeze in Vietnam. The drink is a lot more like green tea than it is matcha. It's a slushie with nice, fine ice texture. Not super sweet considering if is creme brulee but I like it not as sweet. VIBES Pretty cute vibes overall. I came on a Monday around 3 PM and it wasn't too crowded. One of the walls are painted a nice dark green color and there's lots of plants throughout that give it a nice earthy feel. Ample lighting from the window and some overhead lighting as well. A couple tables and chairs as well as couches to sit at. SERVICE Service is good overall! Staff is very nice and helpful when it came to giving recommendations.“

“The boba and drinks were super good!! I have tried other locations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, this one also lives up to the standard. The boba is chewy and fresh, the milk tea smells good and the tea really stand out. I got an Okinawa Milk Tea Roasted w Boba 50% sugar. This drink is perfect for me. My friends also enjoy their drinks a lot! There was only 1 guy working there but the drink came out fast.“

“A humble and wonderful tea house with a small but powerful menu of food. The atmosphere is great and the people are pleasant. A mixed decor of traditional Asian, more specific Vietnamese, and modern American design. The tees are flavorful and intricately mixed. The drinks are more than enough for your taste buds but settle enough to be called something close to art. If you have not stopped here for a drink or a bite to eat, you are truly missing out on what the Dallas area has to offer in this new culinary Renaissance that it is experiencing.“

“Amazing service. The Americano I had was perfect. My wife's Thai tea was heavenly. Then we, well, I had the Banana creme burlee toast! I say I because after the 1st bite I devoured the rest before my wife could get a bite. It had the perfect balance of sweet, crunch, Banana and bread. The breat was light. This toast hit the spot and didn't leave me feeling stuffed. We will be back often. Great place! Must visit!“

“I really like Yifang's tea. The staff are also very friendly, but it can get busy. While it's not often that I can come as I'd like, I really enjoy their seasonal Ponkan drink, Iced Songboling Tea (70% sweet), and Mango Pomelo drink. When it's cold, I also enjoy their Luye Ginger tea. There's a couple of other drinks they have available, but the ones I listed are my favorites.“

“The staff were very friendly and great. The sunset drink was good. The mung bean drink was just okay. I also got 4 macarons and they tasted old, like they’ve been in the fridge/freezer too long. It had that yucky fridge flavor. I can’t even eat them :(“

“I tried the classic Yomie's Purple Rice Yogurt drink and it was came out within just a couple minutes. I was lucky to come in on a Saturday afternoon with no line. The location seems rather new, there are still boxes towards the back that seem yet to be unpacked. It's small and clean inside, but there's only a couple of tables. I thought the chewy rice added an interesting texture without making it too sweet. There was just a bit too much for my taste, there was still a lot of rice left when I had already finished the yogurt. But it did allow you to have a good amount of rice with every sip. The yogurt was nice and tangy as well. It's definitely worth a try, especially if you're looking for a departure from the classic boba drinks.“

“First time here, and the place was bright and clean. The service was friendly and quick. “This was pretty solid boba! I wished they had strawberry green tea (my favorite!) but the lychee fruit tea was really good. The strawberry bobbing boba was yummy. It was pretty typical prices for boba. They had a sign that advertised bogo fruit teas but it has to be cold drinks. There's limited street parking and a parking garage but that filled pretty quick. My friend got a hot drink but it wasn't super hot when she had it.“

“TP Tea is definitely one of my favorite boba shops in Dallas! I go between this location and the frisco location depending on where I am, and each time it’s been good. Some of my go to drinks are mango pomelo sago, taro milk tea, and classic milk tea. Drinks are reasonable price given they only have 1 large size. Sometimes they get busy on the weekends and there are no tables available but if you’re just picking up and leaving, it’s not too bad of a wait.“

“Located within the H-Mart, it's a convenient and decent place to get boba while getting groceries. This location is super cute and has a little bit of seating nearby. I think my drink got mixed up with the person who ordered before me. However, the staff quickly fixed the issue and made me a new drink right away. The boba itself isn't anything to write home about. But, it has a decent tea flavor and isn't too sweet. I got the Kumquat Lemon green tea and found it to be very similar to Ding Tea's. So, if you like that drink, this is a good equivalent.“

“Boba Latte is one of my favorite OG spot since my college years! I find their milk teas aren’t too sweet or too dairy/milky and love it. My favorite is the classic jasmine milk tea or the black milk tea and great drink to introduce someone to boba. I also like the consistency of their boba and how it’s not overly sweet but enough of a chew that gives me texture. Love this place and always go back even tho there’s so many other boba spots around the DFW“

A place I always return to“
“As far as boba goes, trying their clear tapioca pearls was a game-changer! And for the price, quality, consistency, and variety of brewed teas, these guys are the absolute best! Sucks they're only open 3hr/day (during rush hour), it's hard to find boba shops that even serve clear tapioca pearls... But if they're open and you're near, I highly recommend!“

“This is different from the Seattle location as this offers an area to sit and hang out with friends. I like the vibe here and it's spacious. The signature Black Sugar Boba is not quite as strong and flavorful like how they make it in Seattle and they also did charge extra if you decide to not have ice. Overall the drink was ok. The establishment is clean, orders were promptly made and folks were super nice.I'm sure parking here is a nightmare on weekends as it's located in a super busy plaza with Daiso, 99 Ranch and various restaurants.“

“It’s so good! Salt & pepper tofu was my favorite.Crispy beef as sweet, salt, and just right amount of spicy. Outside was crispy yet tender inside that I didn’t have to bite and yank on fork.General Tso chicken tasted similar to other places, but their chicken meat seems higher quality. Two days later and I still don’t find any off putting flavor from the meat. Also there were no undercooked breading.Salt & pepper tofu was phenomenal. The aromas of crisped garlic and chilis wafting off this dish was putting my hands into motion for the chopsticks. Light coating of crispiness on outside, super tender upon biting in. Ate it with a sprinkling of the garlic and chilis every spoonful. I was on cloud nine.Rice was underwhelming compared to what I have at home, but I pay premium for good grains, and we can’t really compare takeout to home rice. Then coke machine does not seem to make ice but they have a separate machine in the back.Shrimp lo mein smelled of wok hei (鑊氣), so I knew Chefs had skill. Great texture on the noodles. Good amount of veggies with it. Kid loved it.Staff was nice. Feels like a mom & pop + hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Would come back again.“

“I love daboba's milk tea! It tastes great and I'm not much of a milk tea drinker. I will say that I feel ripped off because the cup was 80% filled with ice ? how can you make such delicious milk tea and only let me have like 7 sips. However, I can't say the same things for the other drinks. I would avoid the fruit teas or anything else.Love the ears that they put on the cups so unique“
