I placed an online order specifically to save time, with an estimated pickup window of 5–15 minutes. When I arrived after the 15-minute mark, the food was not ready, and I was told they were completely out of Extra Crispy. Ordered in app for pickup. Got home and found four biscuits so hard we literally banged them on the counter. Don’t know if they were old or just over baked. Pic was what we found on opening up a $2.99 family size gravy - dish was all but empty. Chicken was actually good, and service was prompt for once. But what a rip off.
Chicken was pretty gross. We had asked for extra crispy but they said they only had original which looked like slop. The sides were fine tho so you're safe there. Never again.
