“Went during lunch time and the location was clean and neat. I took my food to go and when I arrived home everything I ordered was present outside of some napkins but no big deal there. Dont know if they overhauled things or what but the location seems to be functioning well above a 1 star rated establishment.“

“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for your kind service & clean restaurant.“

“This place is just amazing!! This location is my favorite! I come here almost daily, and mainly because of how friendly and kind the staff is! Although Val is one of the sweetest people! “First time trying this place. The pricing is not that bad at all i got alot of food and couldnt even finish it. The fried chicken was ok and had a little flavor to it I got half and half and was missing a piece of chicken. The tortillas was not cooked. The empanadas was eh and i was missing one. I really wanted to try the Yuca fries. But accidently ordered the cheese bacon fries. The horchata was really good. I might go back and give it a second chance for the yuca fries but missing major items that I paid for is unacceptable. And I was parked even though there was nobody behind me at the drive thru.
Update: I decided to give it a second chance and my experience was alot better this time around. Maybe it was a bad day when I went but today Everything i ordered was in the bag and even got extra sauces and I did not get parked the food was ready right when I got to the window and The food was alot better and the yuca bacon cheese fries was great something new and different i liked it.“

“Chicken Salad Chick is a great spot for a fresh, flavorful and satisfying meal. The chicken salad comes in a variety of delicious flavors - I personally like the Olivia's Old South. I am also quite addicted to the broccoli salad and could eat it every day. Portions are generous, service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming makes it a convenient choice for a light lunch.“

“No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

“Today August 27th at around 5:15 pm I received my curbside order, I want to congratulate Santiago he went above and beyond at his job, great customer service, he was very professional. I pray he stays blessed. He made our chick fil a experience wonderful for my autistic daughter and our family she’s wanting to be more independent and wants to take orders and pick up orders and Santiago was extremely nice to here and helped her because it was a big order. I appreciated it so much.“

“If your are traveling on hwy 30 and love fried chicken you must stop here. I don't eat fried chicken often but this one really got the spot. The breading was delicious. The flavor and and crisp level were spot on. This almost tasted homemade. All other fried chicken chains taste good but this just had a better flavor in my opinion. They also have a huge selection of beverages. The family meals are priced competitively. I have attached a few pictures of the inside. Tried it and you'll taste for yourself. Enjoy!!“

“Wife and I wanted to try Slim Chicken, we have drove by it many times but never tried it. Went to the drive through and was greeted by the most professional person I have ever ordered from. He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)
I ordered crispy spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were cold and the sandwich was good but a little salty for my taste. And a little on the high side.“

“I always go to eat the attention was a bit heavy but since there is a new manager I don't think I remember the name if Gabby or Ali the attention improved she knows how to treat customers and tries to give her best service, I even asked her the days she works so that she can take care of me, although they should have a more adult man there since she sees seen how there are morbid customers oh rude women with her and once I cry Poor thing“

“My son and I got there at lunchtime, 12:30pm. One person in the driveway and one eating inside. Only problem was they didn’t have any napkins or forks sitting out and they didn’t give us any. Had to go up and ask for some. The place was clean and the food was fine.“
