Martha, the manager was very rude! I’m not used to that. I’m old school regarding customer service, when the customer was appreciated. My fam and I eat here often, but won’t be anymore. I will go to another.
Took forever to complete my drive thru order. Put me on hold 3 times. 3 other cars in the next lane moved passed the drive thru while I tried to complete my order. After my order is placed I have 2 nugget meals and gave my sauce order that I could see on the screen, no sauce was given when i got the food home. When I get to the pay window I almost pay for the wrong meal. 1 million served and Chick-fil-A and In N Out do it better. I should have went there instead.
