DISAPPOINTED to say the least. I asked for a King of Spades cake for my son’s 18th birthday. It is lopsided with dented icing that is hanging over more on one edge than the other, the border is some sort of inconsistent beading, the Ks don’t match, the “spades” don’t look like spades, the “rectangle” in the middle is uneven and piece-y. This is a very nice old-school bakery. Good cake to frosting ratio, very nice service with people who are happy to answer questions. I really appreciate a cake place that allows me to come in and buy some out of the case items. This was a very nice addition to our visit in the area, even brought some home for the rest of the family. The seasonal cupcakes (eggnog and peppermint) we got on this visit were very enjoyable. Was wondering if photo was sent by customer as to what you expected on the king of spades cake . I thought the Spade looked like a spade and the King looked like a king. Did you like it when you picked it up if not then I'm sure they would have made it right . Don't look at the negative reviews because this is an awesome place . Negative always over powers the positive. Keep up the good work guys .
