But this time the lady in the morning called me over to try a sample of their ice cream slush(omg sooo delicous) she treated me like we were old friends from school lol I felt welcomed. She also suggested I try her pretzel pizza.....I have been back 3 times in the past month. I highly recommend coming and checking out what they have to offer now. It felt like a completely new store. “I contemplated writing this review because I am a repeat drive thru customer and for the most part I've had decent service... however I went in today for an experience and got one, but not in a good way. I saw pictures on your site of coffee art and went in for a cortada hot drink as I've never had this. I also asked for recommendations on FB and was told this was the place. I asked the cashier if this drink can be made(she was very friendly) and also said I DID NOT want a styrofoam cup. She stated she could not do the art but asked the barista if she could. She came back and said ok and even went over the cup it would come in since we would be drinking our drinks there. She recommend a latte with art instead of a Cortada which I agreed on. The person I went with got her drink pretty quick. It then got pretty busy and my drink was called about 15 min later but I didn't see it there. All I saw were to go drinks. The barista then handed me a styrofoam cup. I told her it was supposed to be to drink to have there with coffee art. She looked at me, grabbed a coffee cup, and poured the to go drink into the cup and said "I can't make it now because I already made it" so I said.. that's the reason I came, was for this specific drink. She then said something like "Just so you know, not everyone is capable of doing coffee art". My question.. Why was I just not told no in the first place so we could have went elsewhere. I didn't even get a sorry, nothing. If she had said, hey I'm sorry, I couldn't do the art, or I messed up on your drink and made it to go I woulda said ok, it's cool but naw, bad customer service. Even the lady behind me gave me a wow look.“

“Came here LAST minute while passing through, expecting it to be awful. Going last minute usually is. Far from it!! Everything freshly fried and the workers were extremely cheery n nice. Even when they just wanna go home, they put the customers first!“

“I have been coming to this sonic since I was a freshman at CHS and nearly every time lacy is my carhop and honestly she's amazing she's so polite and when I come in the mornings it starts my day off right without knowing she has watched me grow from a scared freshman to a confidant senior sadly this is my last year at chs but nearly every morning she reminds me that I've got this in the bag she's been kind through the coldest weather rain heat and more she's my favorite car hop and she's such a hard worker give her a raise!!“

One guy forgot to give us our recite and so we had to memorize our number, but I was with my older folks, so it was harder for them to remember the number. The people were kinda pushie with each other and there was a line for the bathroom.“

Drink sizes are from small to a 44 ounce. Many things on the menu to choose from, from breakfast to other meals throughout the day. I love the Sonic app and use it frequently, getting discounts when I order online or through the app.“
