They stole over $40 from my friends and refuse to give a refund on an order my friend never got. The managers on site are nice, but their GM sucks and won’t even make a phone call. They’ve been making the employees do their fraudulent work.
Never order delivery. They put the phone off the hook all the time so you can’t report a problem, then when their delivery driver (I ordered through Wienerschnitzel) stole the food, they lied, stalled, blamed the delivery service they contracted, and then just ignore us. Franchise ownership needs to get their managers in order. Dishonest and slimy.

Wienerschnitzel offers chili-cheese dogs considered the best anywhere. The service has declined since it returned to the L.A. Corporation, and the building needs a paint job. While lacking atmosphere due to being a drive-thru, it provides decently priced, hot, and fresh fast food. The staff is friendly and efficient, but the popular spot can get crowded during peak hours. A recent experience with the chili was disappointing, as it didn't taste right.
