You have a server there that hates waiting on Veterans... Maybe Veterans need to avoid this place!!!! He made a post all over Facebook. He goes by Hearty Ojeda.
Update.... I will not remove those review... My son is a Veteran and My father was in Veitnam and paid the ultimate sacrifice... I posted this dude on Facebook and his comment along with work place... My husband's union goes to San Antonio, we don't support businesses that have hate towards our Veterans....
Visited this location on a Friday approx 3:30 PM, so it was not crowded. Our server was freaking awesome. We hit a weekday happy hour so some items on the menu were appetizer/snacks were cheaper. We had to get our entrees to go because we did not know the nachos would fill up 3 adults. Food is at a 4 because we did not receive an item in one of our orders, but the flavors were just fine.
Parking: 3:30 PM was not crowded and that was reflected in the parking lot. They do have parking behind the building for those weekend nights when they are bust.
Wheelchair accessibility: 3-4 handicap parking slots right next to the front doors. We did see a lady with a walker easily navigate the dining aresa.

I came here with one of my grandmas friends and we ordered a cheeseburger and they messed it up and we got another one and they made it really dry and burnt I told the manager and he didn’t know his on name when he said it and are waiter was amazing she was so sweet and nice and patient with with us.

Food was good, came quickly, big portions! Only note I would give is making sure patrons know where to park to avoid towing. We were confused and just chose to move our cars to be safe. Our server was so awesome! Great service and conversation as well as patient with us. My friend ordered a drink and all....all the flavors were strong and present.

Took my parents to try the great food 54th Street is known for, but the service messed with the experience. We were greeted after a while, but due to time, we let the waitress know we were limited with time, so we ordered right away. After 20 minutes and the waitress ignoring us calling her, she finally came and we asked her about our Gringo Dip appetizer (usually comes out quick). She then realized that she never put in any of our orders and offered to change our meals (chicken fried chicken) to soup and salad because that was faster. We were able to move our appointments to later and waited for our original orders. Thank goodness the food was VERY delicious and well made! Not sure about returning to this location, though.

On my most recent visit, it was given an estimate wait time of 20 to 25 minutes. I was patient however after 40 minutes I started to get anxious and frustrated. I asked the host and she said I was next. I patiently waited some more. Another 10 minutes lapsed and I proceeded to ask again. She said 10 more minutes. At this point I requested to speak to a mgmr. The mgmr said he would sit me in less than 5 minutes. I suggest you get your time estimates more accurate with what the actual wait time is. The server was excellent and made it up to us. I appreciated his efforts to rectify the situation. Will i go back, yea. Work on offering apps on people who have been waiting greater than 35mins.

I just had the best waitress ever, if you go ask for Barbara . She keeps checking on us refilling our drinks. You can tell she loves her job, she went the extra mile. I’ve been to 5 stars restaurants in Las Vegas and NY I’m not sure easily impressed but Barbara did just that!
