Waited 10 mins for them to make new pretzels, they were burned. The cheese in a little container was SUPER salty and they didnt have any cinnabon available.

I usually go here when traveling, but the couple of times I have been here the pretzel bites have bee very hard. Today, there were many regular size pretzel bites and some that were being cupped. The cashier looked and said none were prepared. Really? You can't ask your coworker for a small cup of bites or you can't make 1 from the regular size? Maybe it's a sign that I shouldn't eat their overpriced options.

I was at the airport and stopped by a auntie annes pretzel shop for breakfast. The associate offered me to try the pretzel breakfast sandwich. From the beginning it smelled good. But once opened the pretzel was very hard and the sausage and cheese looked like it was at least a day old. Idk if they were from the night before or it had been sitting out for hours and not disposed of after so long of sitting in the heat lamp. I took a bite and it was inedible. I threw it away after the first bite. It upset me more cause the premium price you pay at the airport. Plus the fact that my options were limited. So choosing this not only left a figurative but a literal bad taste in my mouth.

The quality was not good. I don't blame the staff for the service-its in a busy airport. But this is what all the pieces looked like. They tasted burned but we didn't open the bag until we passed security already. There were normal looking Annie-quality bites in the warmer that I thought I was getting so I didn't think to check. I regret my purchase :/

My family flight got delayed cuz of delays and we got some auntie Anne’s lady was acting like we were not nice food was hard some were burnt and it destroyed my stomach before my flight and 40 dollars for a pretzel no thank you cuz me and my sister batch was not good 🤮

Only two employees at this location. The lady at the register with glasses stood there and complained about other employees calling in and not having enough staff the entire time. She started to tell people in line if they would like to put an apron on they were more than welcome. She was absolutely rude when I finally ordered and was told that there were no pretzel products. This is the second time in two weeks I have encountered this employee while traveling and I can honestly say that I will never make a stop at this location ever again. If your employees don’t like their job then it should be encouraged for them to get another one as there are plenty out there. This place is losing business because of this employee (at least 5 people walked away because of the things she was saying).

Personally I love the Auntie Anne’s pretzel, and of course there is not better way to end a trip than eating some pretzels and choosing from their high range products in the menu. Meanwhile in this branch there was only a few items of the menu available and to make matters worse the staff was rude and seemed like they did not want to sell their products, starting by being lazy but their costumer services was by far the worst.

1 star because there is no option for zero. It is 130pm on a Saturday. Ordered pretzel bites, I thought the person taking the order to be extremely rude because I couldn’t understand the dipping options. Next item to order was a regular size coffee. Nope, the customer before me apparently got the last cup. Well, I said, I have plenty of time to wait for it to brew. Was then told, they wouldn’t be making anymore today. So you’re open until 930 10 o’clock and you’re not making any more. ”NO”. I couldn’t be bothered to ever visit another in the future.

Some of the best customer service in the airport. Clean, quick and friendly staff. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a snack or a good conversation with someone who loves what they do. Keep up the good work guys you are amazing!!

I absolutely love soft pretzels and Auntie Anne’s at the airport didn’t disappoint!! A good variety and so tasty!! The staff was super friendly and polite. I had questions and the staff was very knowledgeable about the products available that day.
