The mocha was great, I liked chocolate brand they use. The costumer service was very good, I think sometimes we go back to places not only for the food but for ambiance and costumer service.
Everything I need to start my day can be found here at Sip; hot coffee, delicious muffins that can be warmed up, kolaches & so much more... The service from Norma in the morning & Roxanne in the afternoon is always a pleasant interaction. The whole staff is friendly & polite.

We tried the mobile GUI link. After entering and paying, the app said it would be ready in 30-minutes! Odd, since there was no one in line. After a couple of minutes, thought we'd better check to be sure they were working on it. Asked about the order by name, they said they don't use names, they use the order number. The online app doesn't give you an order number! Big disconnect! Finally got the drinks, they called out by drink names! If you use the phone app and it's busy, well...read full review
