Walked by on way to gate. The smell got me and I bought the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites with cream cheese dip. The pretzel were just barely warm, hard and chewy. They had been sitting under the light for a while. The cream cheese dip was was super cold and so hard you couldn't use as dip. So disappointing. They get ya since most people getting on plane and can't return to say anything. One star for the bottle of smart water.

We saw the advertisement as soon as we passed into the terminal side of the airport. There's a reason the line at Auntie Annie's is so long. As I waited in line I noticed the food all precooked in the glass case in front of us, so admittedly I knew what I was in for. It would be cold, with a rubbery texture. And sure enough it was. The girl who checked us out was neither friendly or cold. Which is fine. We want to be checked out quickly and efficiently which she did. Unfortunately she also didn't give a hot damn. I ordered a SAUSAGE egg and cheese pretzel sandwich but got bacon. I didn't think to check until I walked all the way down to the farthest terminal. And I'm certain she knew there were no sausage. Remember I had noticed the case earlier and I remembered only seeing one sausage sandwich sitting outside a wrapper. This is outrageous. I get selling precooked, pre-prepared food. But when you're out MAKE BEW FOOD! And give it to the customer. Please 1 out of the thousands you sell to by giving them fresh food for once. Just for the honor of being the one the food ran out on.

?A Pre-Flight Snack Option? This location shares space with a Cinnabon. In addition to a variety of pretzel flavors, Auntie Anne's features a cooler for purchasing drinks (water, etc.).Pretzels come in both regular-size and bite-size variations, with flavors including pepperoni, sweet almond, cinnamon, garlic parmesan, and sour cream and onion. The pepperoni version is made doubly delicious with marinara dipping sauce, and the sweet almond could pass as a bready dessert--something akin to an Italian Pizzelle.Staff provided speedy service, smiled politely, and gave information about which pretzel flavors were currently available. The only unusual aspect was the large Salted Caramel Chocolate Frost advertisement near the overhead menu, which was no longer available for purchase.Auntie Anne's is located near many of the departing gates, making it a convenient choice for a quick snack while you wait on your plane's arrival.

The line was so long BUT Lacey was excellent! She greeted us w a smile & was very friendly! Everything is insanely overpriced but that's the norm at the airport. The only problem was that the pretzel bites were cold & chewy. I'm okay paying $7.50 for them but I want them to be hot & fresh. Lacey was 5 stars though! Great customer service!

very rude staff. the only things they have in stock are pretzel dogs and regular pretzels -- which are on display in a glass box trapped with flies. do not recommend.

3 stars because the food was good, but at 8am they didn't have anything?? They were out of so many things at 8am and the airport was not even full. We only got a Cinnamon bun.

This location deserved a zero except for one employee who was a 5 star - Myan (sp?) was the only cashier and was working very hard to manage a long line. She was very polite, professional and efficient. However, there were 2 other employees who were more concerned with closing and going home, one who I think was in charge (man with short bleached pony tail) yelling out to the line of 12+ customers, “this is all we have; when it’s gone it’s gone!” He appeared to be in charge but spent the majority of the time on the phone and ignoring the customers otherwise. He never lifted a finger to assist Myan or thought to open another register to clear the line. No leadership qualities and terrible customer service from the man. Kudos to Myan!

Was passing through this airport stressed out of my mind Feb5th. I found the Cashier was patient and somehow could tell I wasn't having a good day. She was very kind and asked me how I was doing, genuinely. It was a pleasant moment and I dont find that everyday, especially in a place so busy.Oh yeah, The Pretzel was good too ;)

Very bad service!!! This employee Pat was very rude and impolite. If they can't work with people why are they there. ?
