This smaller United Club is a relaxing oasis, offering an excellent and varied food selection that is a tad better than other United Clubs. The friendly staff, including the hostess Key and bartender Carla, ensures a welcoming atmosphere with polite, attentive, and helpful service. Each staff member provides excellent service, making guests feel very welcomed with nice greetings and goodbyes. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and professional, even assisting with flight bookings and accommodations. While it may lack a bathroom, requiring guests to exit and re-enter, this lounge boasts all the amenities of its larger counterparts, including strong and expertly crafted drinks served with a smile. It’s a smaller scale club but adequate in size, delivering a top-notch lounge experience.
