The atmosphere in this historic bar is unlike any other you’ll find in San Antonio. Filled with beautiful natural ornate wood and wrought iron trim, it’ll transport you back in time and you’ll see why this place has developed such a rich history since the hotel was originally built in 1909. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a fine cocktail and some live music right off Houston st in downtown San Antonio right across from all the best theatre venues in town!
Great music 🎼 and amazing ambience.
It’s a very nice atmosphere for the mature crowd. The music is amazing but the only negative is that there’s only two bartenders. They do their best but with the hotel guest and the locals enjoying the music the service is slow. I can’t fault the bartenders but maybe the management could get one more bartender to keep up with the crowd. It’s really a good vibe but one more bartender would do wonders.
