We tried calling and got no answer at 10:15.
We placed an Online order and the store immediately cancelled at 10:20~
Went in person at 10:25 since I live close by thinking the order cancelled was an error and was told the kitchen closes to clean at 10:20ish so the staff leaves at 11. Just say you aren’t open at 10:20 at that point, instead of 11pm like your website says. Wasted our time and gas.

Hours of operation are incorrect and they don't take orders at their posted hours. They start shutting things down more than 30 minutes before closing time. Why even post your open if you don't take orders?

This is some of the best fried chicken and it reminds me of the street food in Korea. The flavors and side dishes are unique and they will keep you coming back for more.

I have been a business reviewer active for the past 12 years and each time I called things out for a business to improve and they let it fall on deaf ears, 98% of the time that business went out of business as I predicted. Now with that said bb.q Korean Chicken is a very hot and delicious commodity, here is where they need to improve:
1. The prices are wayyyyy too high, I've been here several times and they are always dead! They don't have a loyal customer base like other wing competition because their prices are not affordable for the average person
2. Every time we visited the staff is different, if you want to build brand loyalty you must retain good staff. This recent server was so lost and I had to get up several times to ask for things 🙃 we were the ONLY table eating and no Togo orders, then when I paid the waitress hovered over me to see if I would leave a tip! Nope! That is not good customer service.
3. The music is too loud, the waitress needed me to keep repeating myself and I couldn't hear her either because the music is too loud. This wasn't the only time either it is the norm and should not be. Are you a night club or a restaurant 🤔?
If bb.q does not improve here they will be gone from this location in the near future. I hope they listen because the food and recipes are delicious 😋

These Korean wings are incredibley good. Crispy outsides and moist inside.

The sauce flavors are very very tasty as well. I got soy garlic and spicy Galbi.

We came during lunch from work, and all 4 of us got served very quickly as we were the only ones. We called in our orders as we drove to the place. The store accommodated to us by taking our pick up order, and when we arrived, we had enough time to sit down and enjoy our meal.

The wings here are very good. The price reflects that quality. You won't regret it here!

We had such an amazing experience here! The service was absolutely incredible from the moment we walked in. Our server, Aurora, was so friendly and attentive, and her recommendation for the Gangjeong wings was perfect — they were seriously some of the best wings we’ve ever had. Crispy, flavorful, and completely addictive!

The atmosphere was also such a fun vibe. Everything was very clean and welcoming, and the music made the restaurant feel lively and exciting without being overwhelming. Our child especially loved watching all the K-pop music videos playing around the restaurant, which made the experience even more entertaining for the whole family.

Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
