Bill Miller BBQ offers familiar brisket and decent potato salad, but some items fall short. The bread and brownies were dry and disappointing. The ribs have good flavor, although the sauce is unique. The coleslaw is a bit confusing. Despite friendly staff, the brisket taco may not be worth the price due to the small portion of meat.
