Great food, great service, they get you in and out.
The is always delicious and the staff is always friendly and in a good mood. They greet you as soon as you walk in.
Had a good meal after work today.. I ordered the number 9 combo on the menu. It was a chripsy chicken sandwich. I substituted the fries for hash browns and I added a side of Mac and cheese (I had never tried it before).

Bill Miller BBQ offers tasty brisket and decent potato salad, but some dishes disappoint. The ribs have good flavor, although the sauce is unique. Despite friendly staff, the brisket taco may not be worth the price due to the small portion of meat. The restaurant provides a ranchers plate with chicken and sausage, as well as apple pie, which customers enjoy. While the pies and other baked goods are popular, the vegetarian options are limited. The parking situation is not ideal, with no designated spots and cars parked haphazardly. Some customers find the food satisfactory, particularly the well-seasoned string beans, while others are less impressed with the plain breaded chicken and gravy.
Recent visitors have experienced issues with service, such as getting the order wrong at the window and staff appearing annoyed. The #8 Rancher plate was also disappointing, with tough, fatty brisket that had to be thrown away. However, many continue to love this place, especially for the brisket/egg breakfast tacos and egg/bacon tacos, which are great on the go. The fried chicken plate and brisket/sausage plate are also favorites, and prices remain reasonable.
