I understand that on busy day it can make your mood not as good as usual but you guys are doing a service job. Service job is supposed to serve and provide the customers a good experience. Please don’t let your personal issues or emotions affect your work, it only worsen your day at work. Only a weak and miserable person who is resentful does it. If you are too emotional for a service job then you should change yourself or find another job
We had a great experience at a different location, so we anticipated the same here. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff brought the whole experience way down. We didn't realize our food was even ready because the cashier guessed at how to spell our name. She was way off, so we had no idea they were calling us. Her response was, "Oh well, I didn't know how to spell it." Common sense says you should ask how to spell it if you aren't sure. We definitely will not return to this...read full review
