March 2025 Met a friend at the George road & NW Military Hwy location for breakfast at 6:30 am. While I like the layout of the 281 Hwy & Bitters location. The George road location lived up to the same good service and courteous approach to serving its customers. I had a bean & egg taco, and bacon & egg taco. Both were good and needed the Bill Miller's hot sauce for some lite spice. I hope that if you visit your experience is as good as mine.
January 2025 I was heading to a gathering and needed to bring some potato salad. I like Bill Miller's BBQ potato salad and stopped by this location to pick some up.
I went into the establishment via the takeout door and was greeted by a young lady named Bailey. I requested 2 quarts of potato salad and paid. She managed the order from start to finish, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I commend her on her professional, positive customer service attitude and courteous approach. She is definitely a positive addition to the Bill Miller's BBQ team.
I hope that if you visit, your experience is as good as mine.
Oh, and the potato salad was a hit.

Good consistency is usually good and the sweet tea cannot be beat on a hot summer day.
Juicy, crispy fried chicken. Tasty sides and delicious sweet tea. The cherry cobbler was on point too. Love me some Bill Miller.

Le Plat jai acheté etait vraiment delicieux et les serveuses etait aussi vraiment magnifique. Guys check it out as they have the best fried chicken out there. Merci beaucoup les amis.

Why would it be okay to give out overcooked chicken strips and overcooked fries? I wanted three chicken strips not five overcooked chicken strips. I threw the whole meal away. I also didn't get bbq sauce I asked for. The only good from the whole meal was the potato salad.
The drive-thru is always chaotic in the mornings. They should close off the shoulder with cones or something similar to prevent cars from cutting in line. It's not fair for those of us who have been patiently waiting our turn.

I go to bill miller every day for breakfast and lunch and this location gave the smallest portions of food I’ve ever had from a Bill miller. I had to go get breakfast from a different location just to make sure my family was full. Won’t be back to this location. Food costs are high enough as it is without being given ridiculous food portions.

You just can’t beat Bill Miller’s for great food and incredible value—it’s a true San Antonio staple. Anyone who’s been here knows how satisfying their barbecue is. Sure, other places might offer more atmosphere (and a higher price tag), but Bill Miller’s delivers solid, delicious barbecue that hits the spot every time. And let’s talk about those breakfast tacos—absolute perfection! You have to try the carne guisada, potato and egg, and bean and cheese. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Great food, great value—Bill Miller’s gets a well done, sir!

I ordered half a pound of brisket. When I opened it, there are only four slices of meat (pictured) that dont look like the brisket. Last time I bought the exact same thing I got enough for two meals.
