You just can’t beat Bill Miller’s for great food and incredible value—it’s a true San Antonio staple. Anyone who’s been here knows how satisfying their barbecue is. Met a friend at the George road & NW Military Hwy location for breakfast at 6:30 am. While I like the layout of the 281 Hwy & Bitters location. The George road location lived up to the same good service and courteous approach to serving its customers. I had a bean & egg taco, and bacon & egg taco. Both were good and needed the Bill Miller's hot sauce for some lite spice. I hope that if you visit your experience is as good as mine.
