Service was the worst part. Young lady never came to our table. When paying she was to busy trying to clean our table while holding our cards. We're trying to leave, the wait was long the food was long and then having to wait constantly on our waitress was really frustrating and with kids? Were just trying to go home.

So, I'm currently here, and I'm in a large party, and our waitress Precious is so ridiculously rude and wants to whisper every.single.thing. We first off had to wait 2 hours to be seated(ok, I had a large party). When she first came to our table, she wouldn't say a word until the whole table stopped talking. I'm here for my friends leaving the area party. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this place to anyone. This is the worst service I have ever had a restaurant. I get large parties take awhile and that we came at the end of a dinner rush, but your people in service should be hospitable and friendly. We have been sitting for 45 minutes and just now got our drinks and food orders in. Everything we ask her seems like such a bother and problem.

Family decided it was time for dinner ended up here for dinner. Which turned out to be a great decision. The tri tip scampy combo and brownie pizzookie was delicious, but our server Ryan was hands down the guy! I dont know how else to describe him but the perfect balance between professionalism and making us laugh feelling as if we're at home. Our kids even thought he was funny. Now, whenever they ask for something they'll tell us "dont be scared!" If you go see him you'll understand! LolDont be scared
Love it here last week! Great way to start my vacation!

When we ordered we asked the waitress to please make sure the roast beef sandwich was rare and to have extra marinara sauce on my pasta meal. Well the roast beef was well done, and the pasta meal pasta was some of it was cooked some of us overcooked not an extra marinara sauce. It was just the worst we've ever eaten. We'll never go there again 
It was a wonderful experience at Bjs in Alamo Ranch. Food was hot and fresh and nice to see to meet Sal the chef!

I have never had a BETTER experience eating at BJ’s. The food was good as always, the beer (black & tan) tasty and cold as usual but today the service was off the chart. It’s always good but today our server took it to another level. It was so over the top good that I felt obligated to ask for his manager so I could pile on the praise.Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was kind and responsive to my 2 kids 11 & 7.
