Everytime we go to BWW the wings are overcooked and just not good and this location was no exception. I have learned my lesson long ago with BWW but my wife has not, and complains everytime we go. Also they changed the nachos, and not for the better. That's the only thing I liked about BWW and they had to go mess that up as well.

Last night we visited for a late night meal, party of 3. We sat at table that still had some crumbs on it, immediately our server of the night came by to wipe the table, leaving it not wet but clean! Two of us used the QR code to order while I had cash for my order. Our server Joseph was extremely responsive and quick to take my order adding the modifications I wanted to make with ease. When receiving our appetizer it was flawless, so much so we decided to order another one. Except this time with some modifications due to allergies, the cook was so awesome to come out and ask what exactly we preferred on our nachos and how he could make it great for us, we told him, and he made a great suggestion of adding sautéed onions instead of regular, that was a perfect suggestion! After receiving our burgers the compliments continued because the Mushroom Swiss Burger that I ordered was absolute ? cooked to perfection with all of my adds-ons jalepeno, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. Not to mention the wedges with queso atop being an awesome addition to the burger. I’ve visited this place many times and not once have I felt so adamant about leaving an awesome review! 5⭐️’s for the cooks and Joseph working the night shift last night!

The to go orders don’t go through and you have to go inside and tell them that you’re there to pick up a to go order and then they’ll make it. Meaning, you have to wait an additional time than what you were originally given on their online website. It’s very off putting even when it’s a simple salad.

I did not enjoy the new system of having to order and pay on your phone, made ordering a hassle. There were a few tables around that were sitting uncleaned, drinks left and even some food/trays. It took awhile before anyone actually cleaned them. Tables do not have napkins which would have been nice. Food was good overall and wait times were not bad. Our waitress, Charlene, was very nice and made our visit much more enjoyable. She was always checking in on us and assisted us in making sure food was on the way or put in as an order. If not for her, I imagine the experience would've been much worse. Very funny and kept up conversations despite any issues we had with the ordering ?
What happened to this place. It used to be the best food and service but now there is no service, short on staff, staff dont pay attention. We waited more than 20 min and nobody even offered water.
