The 6 pc chicken tenders meal is enough for 2 people to split. So good! We ordered fried okra as our side for the meal and added an order of their wonderful Crinkle Cut French Fries on the side. Even Claude approved. ?
The atmosphere can be better than you'd think, because it has a good location for watching the sunset go down, over 1604. It also has some beautiful bushes with yellow flowers,palm trees at Las Palapas next door, & other plants. The big thing is the sunset.The people are pretty consistently the friendliest people in San Antonio. It's rare that I've felt like I had to wait too long. The food is great and I am trying really hard to like this place. But the last two times we've visited, they left out items we ordered. It's like there is no quality checking of the orders. A few weeks ago they left out the dozen dinner rolls we ordered. Then last Monday, they left out the family size cole slaw. They definitely need to step up their game. The next time they shortchange us on an order, we are done with them.
