Discovered this Gem about 4 years ago and I try to visit often when I’m visiting my mom. Carne Guisada is just right !! Perfect cuz not to heavy on spices and soft …. Along with the homemade tortillas which are some of the best. Small place with big mexican taste just like mom used to make . Best for breakfast for sure since that’s what I’ve had more of . I usually go off reviews. And when I arrived there was only one car here. So I was kinda skeptical to go in and try. Glad I did the tortillas were homemade fresh soft. The coffee was strong but nothing a little creamer could fix. I liked it.
I just love their Wednesday special, Calabasa con Puerco. The rest of the menu is also good. Great hole in the wall
