“1ST TIME I ATE THERE WITH MY FELLOW BROTHERS WE MET UP FOR A BIRTHDAY. LET ME TELL YOU THEY DID NOT DISSAPOINT...I HAD BUFALO LEMON PEPPER WINGS/ FISH /HUSH PUPPIES/RED BEANS AND RICE. OMG THAT WAS ALL GOOD WENT HOME TO TAKE A NAP..ALSO HAD A PIECE OF FISH STILLTHAT I TOOK HOME. MY WIFE SAW THE FISH AND ASKED WHERE WAS HER'S . I IMMEDIATELY ORDER HER THE CLASSSIC AND GOT ME A FISH PO BOY . SO IN ONE DAY I ATE IT TWICE. MY WIFE AGREED THAT THIS WAS THE BEST SEAFOOD SHE HAS HAD IN A WHILE SINCE THEN WE ATE THERE 2 MORE TIMES, AND TODAY FEBRUARY 11TH I AM LOOKING TO DROP BY AGAIN IT REALLY IS THAT GOOD WELL SEASONED AND FRESH.“

“First went there earlier this year, impressed us the minute we walked in the door, employees greet you upon entering with a truly warm, illuminating smile. When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! Thank You For Everything !!“

“I went to redhook today to place an order to go where I was greeted with a really big smile from the Assistant General Manager Erin. She was so great and helpful! She took my order to go and was so helpful and sincere. She has the best customer service ever that I’ve seen in years. I will definitely be going back .“

“The food is great and the cornbread is to die for, moist, fluffy, and sweet. I've known of the restaurant chain for years but haven't been a patron for many years. I went in because I was in the area and it was convenient and remembered why I had loved it in the past. I had the shrimp and catfish and it was delicious. If you're in the area and want some fantastic food then just go in and try it you won't regret it.“

“Please look at your receipt cause over 5 ppl they charge a 18% but we got charge close to 40%. I notice the amount wasn’t adding up and let them know the said the computer made a mistake.“

“This is by far our FAVORITE restaurant in San Antonio. We always order the same two dishes, Chicken Victoria and the Plank Cedar Salmon. We also enjoyed the jambalaya, shrimp, and chicken piccata. They start your order with some warm bread and cilantro dipping oil. It’s a must try!“

“We (party of 5) ordered the CrawDaddy Combo and added a couple extra potatoes and corn as well as a pound of dungeness crab (2 clusters) with the Cajun garlic butter seasoning. The flavor was amazing. Very helpful and attentive service. Very family friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend.“

“My wife and I have been married 6 months, together a total 11 years and yesterday was our 11 year anniversary. We wanted to try something different for a very special occasion so we both agreed on Smashin Crab. This was the BEST customer service we have ever received at any establishment. Our waitress Amanda was SUPER friendly, took the time to explain the menu to us, checked up on us frequently, always carried a smile when she came to our table and had such a great attitude! Unexpectedly, when we were done with our food our waitress brought us a desert for us to celebrate our anniversary. The manager was super friendly as well, checked up on us towards the end and made sure to talk to us again before we actually left, we asked if we liked the desert and we thank him multiple times for that gesture. My wife and I can’t wait to go back again!!! Thank y’all so much for a great experience!!“

“We were here in May 2023, really enjoyed ourselves, and decided to try the Gondola ride and the Sky Bistro restaurant for lunch in December. It had snowed and the views were crisp and breathtaking from the Sky Bistro. You will find the Sky Bistro to be fine dining. Excellent customer service. Well-prepared cuisine. Excellent wine list. You will find the Gondola ride, walking steps, terrace view and restaurants to be well worth the trip.“
