Crab meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The only gumbo I’ve ever had better was at NOLA and it was 25$ for a bowl. Here it’s 5$ and out of this world!!! Would love to compliment owner in person.“

“First went there earlier this year, impressed us the minute we walked in the door, employees greet you upon entering with a truly warm, illuminating smile. When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! “I go every time I visit San Antonio, one of the most reliable places to get your crab boil fix. Market prices aren't bad, if you want to order ahead, call the store, don't use the website as the market prices change too frequently. If you visit in store the set-up makes the crab boil mess a non-issue! The garlic cajon style with extra spice is where it's at.“

“Please look at your receipt cause over 5 ppl they charge a 18% but we got charge close to 40%. I notice the amount wasn’t adding up and let them know the said the computer made a mistake.“

“My wife and I have been married 6 months, together a total 11 years and yesterday was our 11 year anniversary. We wanted to try something different for a very special occasion so we both agreed on Smashin Crab. This was the BEST customer service we have ever received at any establishment. Our waitress Amanda was SUPER friendly, took the time to explain the menu to us, checked up on us frequently, always carried a smile when she came to our table and had such a great attitude! Unexpectedly, when we were done with our food our waitress brought us a desert for us to celebrate our anniversary. The manager was super friendly as well, checked up on us towards the end and made sure to talk to us again before we actually left, we asked if we liked the desert and we thank him multiple times for that gesture. My wife and I can’t wait to go back again!!! Thank y’all so much for a great experience!!“

“Choose to come here due to having a very large group and we didn’t want to wait during lunch hour. We were able to be seated with no wait time. In fact, it was like we had the whole restaurant pretty much to ourselves, minus two couples. To be exactly went Tuesday afternoon around 1:30pm. Food was in comparison to Pappadeaux‘s, still really tasty. We even had a few people who didn’t like seafood and still were able to find something on the menu. Our server was awesome. And handled it like a champ, and it was plenty of us. I would definitely go here during a date night. Our drinks could have been a bit stronger considering we ordered ranch water.“

“We were here in May 2023, really enjoyed ourselves, and decided to try the Gondola ride and the Sky Bistro restaurant for lunch in December. It had snowed and the views were crisp and breathtaking from the Sky Bistro. You will find the Sky Bistro to be fine dining. Excellent customer service. Well-prepared cuisine. Excellent wine list. You will find the Gondola ride, walking steps, terrace view and restaurants to be well worth the trip.“
