Horrible, twice I placed the order and twice they brought it wrong. I complained and they wanted to give me my money back instead of preparing me what I wanted. The workers mistreated me badly. They told me that for my $7 they weren't going to hold up the line. A third worker finally served me what I ordered, reluctantly.

The staff is always rude and they never have the toppings for the cheese fries. The short the topping on the sandwiches too as if the employees themselves are paying for the food. On top of the rudeness they close early around 4:30

I had a good experience, i was not in a rush so i had plenty of patience... it took me a while to figure out what i wanted to eat so i camped out near that standing table and looked at the menu at a different place. So i got asked about three times if i were in line for charleys, and i said no. Until the smell of the meat got to me and i was watching the staff work really well together. The line was getting done fast and the food didnt take that long. So i got in line, ordering was efficient, especially with all my modifications. The best part was as soon as i got my hands on my food, someone at a table got up and i got to sit down at it. The timing was immaculate. Strawberry Lemonade was delicious, and i don't even like lemonade. Food was good and my hunger was satisfied for my whole plane trip and more.

God, this place is terrible, line is super long, but that’s because there’s only one person working taking the orders and preparing the food. She’s super rude and borderline spit in my food ! The sandwich looked like it got run over by a truck, messy and tasted like cardboard ! Terrible choice of food ! Just go next door to the burger spot, a bit more expensive but worth it !

We ate here on March 24, 2023. We each got a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The was bad weather in Dallas had delayed a number of flights from San Antonio. Needless to say they were extremely busy. They staff did an amazing job of getting every ordered handled. The sandwiches were piping hot, filled with eggs, cheese and sausage (well Erik's had sausage). A very pleasant surprise on a trying morning.

Incompetent and unorganized, who closes business for an hour during a rush. As it is, there aren't many places to eat at the airport. Many people were disappointed and upset, this review reflects them.

They poke their head out chewing and then back into the office while there’s a line. Always. Again waited in line while someone slowly made 3 fries and stood there. Again I left without ordering. Airports people are typically on the go so there should be a sense of urgency. In the mall they’re taking 3 -4 orders at a time and cooking the same. Not posting photos cause I’m not trying to blast on anyone but whom ever owns this is definitely losing money.
