When you get a bowl and the employee gives 1/2 a spoon of chicken and you ask for a little more, he tells me it would be extra. I’m supposed to pay extra for what should be your serving size?

(I think serving size is based on employee making your meal, which should not be!)
Food is always good but today we were the first ones in the building and the booths were filthy and shredded cheese on the floor, chip crumbs near the front. It was very obvious that no one cleaned up from the night before. Do better! Management needs to inspect their store for cleanliness for sure! Staff was courteous though.
Waiting over 10 mins to refill these. I get it’s busy, but once I brought to their attention-there was no follow up. I nicely asked for a refund on 4 large drinks and two employees couldn’t seem to work the register to do that. Seeing that the line was long of customers waiting-I gave the other option to just put it on gift card. Your employee didn’t know how to do that.
