“I have been to this chipotle a few times and this time I need to commend Gina for giving me the best customer service out of anyone here. She went out of her way to make sure I had a complete order even though her coworker said that it was impossible to get me the rest of my order… she made it happen and deserves recognition as a truly valueble employee. Best customer service I have EVER HAD AT CHIPTOLE! I hope corporate knows they have a gem who is not disposable. Give this employee a raise and recognition. Please. She deserves it.“

“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I loved this Chipotle! The service was nice, and the portions were very good here! I loved the service here and the young lady that made my bowl was so polite and pleasant! I would definitely come here again! Please don’t change!“
“Hailey not sure if she's the manager or not but she made it right. They put my order on hold because they ran out of chicken. The lady making my bowl asked the big cook. He/ she sd it only needed to be cut. So I was skipped and 2 people went in front of me no problem. Instead of cutting the chicken. They decided to clean the grill and fully start cooking a new batch? The lady making my bowl didn't say anything.. just hand a crazy look ? Mrs Hailey and I think a guy named daniel seen my frustration stepped in and gave me a card with a free entry for my next visit. Almost 10 minutes have gone by now. And I didn't come for free did I'm on a schedule. Hailey stepped in finished making my bowl then on top of all that gave me my meal for free. Very grateful for that
Grateful for then being aware. I'm hoping this review makes it to the right eyes and the cook is made aware the world doesn't run on he/she personal time. I say he/ she meaning NO DISRESPECT I don't think they really even know which way they are leaning. Thank you management. You hand successfully made another cx satisfied excluding the time I lost. “Very dirty! Couldn't find a clean table. I had to clean my own table just to sit down and eat. When I finally saw someone come out to the dining area to "clean up," all they did was remove the "bowl/plate, plastic ware and cup off table and dispose of them. A quick wipe down of the table and whatever debris was on the table was now on the floor. They couldn't even wipe down the seat of the chairs nor the bench! I won't be returning to this location.“

“I was only here to pick up for door dash so I haven't gotten to eat here but waiting for the order I was picking up the workers here bust their butts keeping up with as busy as they were. I didn't see not one worker slacking off and not doing something. I was impressed. keep up the good work y'all.“
“My family and I stopped by on our way home to Bastrop. This is the best Chipotle I have ever visited. I was on crutches trying to order and carry the food while my husband had our two babies. The cashier volunteered to bring our plates and also made sure we were taken care of throughout our dinning experience. Thank you!!!
Parking: You have to walk across the street if there aren’t any parts near the door.
Kid-friendliness: Spacious-my kids were loud, no one cared. 😅
Wheelchair accessibility: I was on crutches. Parking was not far only because we snagged a space that was near the door. Inside has plenty of room for wheelchair“
“The employee was giving attitude and was annoyed that my mom told her she wanted fresh meat because it was at the bottom of the barrel already and was acting as If she had to ask for permission to give her fresh meat when the guy was already chopping the new meat. It's not need for attitude when asked for fresh meat, respond more professionally and make the customer feel better about it“
“For the last few yrs, I avoided Chipotle like the Black Plague because of past food experiences. This location actually does a great job. Only once the rice was undercooked and somewhat crunchy, but it was only 1 occasion. I would now go to this location and look forward to enjoying a delish burrito. Staff is great and place very clean.“
“This is not the closet chipotle to me, but this is the one I go out of my way to make it too. Clean area, fresh food, and kind staff! The manager josef shows his professionalism every time I enter the building. Also am kinda afraid of meat, but always feel comfortable eating chicken from here!“
“As someone who tries a chipotle anywhere I go, I can say for certain this is the best chipotle i’ve been to. The staff is noticeably friendly and the food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. Highly recommend this chipotle.
Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl option on the menu that is a couple bucks cheaper than the rest.
Parking: Plenty of open spots to park.“

“It is delicious and fresh, food ready to serve and delicious!! I love ordering the bowl with chicken and salad, there are many times that it is full of people so it is a bit of a struggle with cleaning but other than that it is my official stop every time I go to Unites States.“
“Overall good experience excpet the order part , it was showing no order received but the app owner name was there not the person who ordered. Finally the feont desk lady showed me all order received foe 7.20pm and i.was able to find my order.“
“I’ve dined in and ordered takeout from this location, and both times I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The staff is professional, fast, and stays pleasant even when handling a long line and multiple to-go orders. The food is always fresh and delicious, and they’ve never run out of anything I’ve ordered. Excellent service and consistency every time!“

“My dinner was prepared perfectly by a gentleman, early 50’s Caucasian, polite and responsive and exemplary food service. It’s the small things that matter when your entire customer interaction is only 60 seconds long. He seemed like he might be newer to the gig but he nailed it. Just wanted to say thanks to him.“
“Personally I can’t complain about the food here or service even if you are dining in. I am a delivery driver and take food orders to customers for a third party company. Every time I get an order for a customer at this location I either wait so long for my customers food that the order gets cancelled, I get reassigned to another order or I am told the order is not in the store or has been picked up already. Of the hundreds of orders I deliver this is the only place that this happens and I feel bad for my customers who I have to tell that I will be late or that I no longer am delivering to them because of long wait times.
Update: this is no longer the case. There has been a vast improvement in delivery orders being taken care of with the same priority as the dine in customers“
“My daughter and I visit a Chipotle weekly but this location is our OG. The new carne Asada is like fajitas with lime, cilantro, and seasoning. I miss the chicken pastor.

“Efficient staff. Was a welcomed experience since other locations lack speed efficiency. I liked the attention to customer service, getting the line through quickly, wow. Kudos to the management team for raising the standard for each team member. Kudos.“

Update for 2024 - still good food (the pork looked a lil sus) and atmosphere - fast service and they're fully stocked with everything. Lately a lot of Chipotle restaurants are not restocking the agua frescas - but this location is. A great value.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie option and soy food.
Dietary restrictions: The only thing they don't have is fish, but soy/chicken/beef/pork/bbq are here a plenty!
Parking: Pretty ample parking with lots of spaces - it will not be a deterrent - plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: They have kid chairs and stroller friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Only fault I have with this place is their music other than that the food is good the atmosphere is positive and most of the time they're very fast to get you through the line
Kid-friendliness: I let my child's place is orders and they listen to him they did well and they were very courteous“
