“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I loved this Chipotle! The service was nice, and the portions were very good here! I loved the service here and the young lady that made my bowl was so polite and pleasant! I would definitely come here again! Please don’t change!“
“I wanted a quesadilla and typically you can only get in with the app but the mgr said he could make it no problem. He also made a few suggestions to make it better and he was right-if you get a quesadilla get the queso and hot salsa and mix it together, it’s a game changer“
“Hailey not sure if she's the manager or not but she made it right. They put my order on hold because they ran out of chicken. The lady making my bowl asked the big cook. He/ she sd it only needed to be cut. So I was skipped and 2 people went in front of me no problem. Instead of cutting the chicken. They decided to clean the grill and fully start cooking a new batch? The lady making my bowl didn't say anything.. just hand a crazy look ? Mrs Hailey and I think a guy named daniel seen my frustration stepped in and gave me a card with a free entry for my next visit. Almost 10 minutes have gone by now. And I didn't come for free did I'm on a schedule. Hailey stepped in finished making my bowl then on top of all that gave me my meal for free. Very grateful for that
Grateful for then being aware. I'm hoping this review makes it to the right eyes and the cook is made aware the world doesn't run on he/she personal time. I say he/ she meaning NO DISRESPECT I don't think they really even know which way they are leaning. Thank you management. You hand successfully made another cx satisfied excluding the time I lost. Thank you. If Mrs Hailey or daniel aren't managers of you continue on the path your going you will definitely become one soon. Be blessed“

“The food was fresh and so delicious even though it was 30 minutes to closing time. It was my and my boys first time trying Chipotle but needless to say we will most definitely be back.
The atmosphere is casual and laid back. We stopped by after the gym in our gym clothes.“
“Very dirty! Couldn't find a clean table. I had to clean my own table just to sit down and eat. When I finally saw someone come out to the dining area to "clean up," all they did was remove the "bowl/plate, plastic ware and cup off table and dispose of them. A quick wipe down of the table and whatever debris was on the table was now on the floor. They couldn't even wipe down the seat of the chairs nor the bench! I won't be returning to this location.“

“I was only here to pick up for door dash so I haven't gotten to eat here but waiting for the order I was picking up the workers here bust their butts keeping up with as busy as they were. I didn't see not one worker slacking off and not doing something. I was impressed. keep up the good work y'all.“

“I recently visited Chipotle and had the pleasure of being helped by Carlos. I have to say, his customer service was absolutely excellent! He was incredibly kind, super friendly, and made the whole ordering process a breeze. He also got my food together really promptly, which I definitely appreciated. Honestly, Carlos is truly an asset to the Chipotle team. Big thanks to him for making my experience a great one!“
“This is not the closet chipotle to me, but this is the one I go out of my way to make it too. Clean area, fresh food, and kind staff! The manager josef shows his professionalism every time I enter the building. Also am kinda afraid of meat, but always feel comfortable eating chicken from here!“
“I do like coming to this place 8/25 at 7:30pm, you can tell the employees here don’t get enough help which is sad HOWEVER, they are never rude or disrespectful.

“It is delicious and fresh, food ready to serve and delicious!! I love ordering the bowl with chicken and salad, there are many times that it is full of people so it is a bit of a struggle with cleaning but other than that it is my official stop every time I go to Unites States.“
“Overall good experience excpet the order part , it was showing no order received but the app owner name was there not the person who ordered. Finally the feont desk lady showed me all order received foe 7.20pm and i.was able to find my order.“
“Had the plant based bowl. My body reacted as if it had some meat mixed in with the tofu(vegan since 1993) and the pico de gallo had too much vinegar, for my tastes. I've had this menu selection at other Chipotle restaurants in San Antonio and in other states and didn't have the physical reactions I had on Bandera. Thank you for having a plant based option. It's better if not cooked on the same pan/grill as chicken,beef,pork. My body rejected it within a couple of hours.“
“Tee and Adrianna really are top notch associates. Between customer service and finding solutions rather telling customers no is rare. I’m not sure what there current roles are but if it’s less that supervisor or management that a direct insult to their work ethic and dedication. To provide such excellent service each and every time doesn’t come from people who don’t care about their job or aren’t assets to their team. I really hope yall are aware that those two deserve to be recognized for their hard work“
“Personally I can’t complain about the food here or service even if you are dining in. I am a delivery driver and take food orders to customers for a third party company. Every time I get an order for a customer at this location I either wait so long for my customers food that the order gets cancelled, I get reassigned to another order or I am told the order is not in the store or has been picked up already. Of the hundreds of orders I deliver this is the only place that this happens and I feel bad for my customers who I have to tell that I will be late or that I no longer am delivering to them because of long wait times.
Update: this is no longer the case. There has been a vast improvement in delivery orders being taken care of with the same priority as the dine in customers“
“Love coming here, but it was a bit busy today. Kate was the only one on the front end line. I just wanted to praise her because she gave such fast and welcoming service to everyone despite the line of customers waiting. Will for sure be coming back! Keep up the great work Kate!“

“Very good and very clean. A little light on the chips, but good overall! Lucky to be close to work.
Update for 2024 - still good food (the pork looked a lil sus) and atmosphere - fast service and they're fully stocked with everything. Lately a lot of Chipotle restaurants are not restocking the agua frescas - but this location is. A great value.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie option and soy food.
Dietary restrictions: The only thing they don't have is fish, but soy/chicken/beef/pork/bbq are here a plenty!
Parking: Pretty ample parking with lots of spaces - it will not be a deterrent - plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: They have kid chairs and stroller friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Only fault I have with this place is their music other than that the food is good the atmosphere is positive and most of the time they're very fast to get you through the line
Kid-friendliness: I let my child's place is orders and they listen to him they did well and they were very courteous“
