Unfortunately, I felt this location was only 3 stars. I love Chipotle, but this one was disappointing. I'm use to being greeted when I arriving but here it was " what would you like" then one of the items I wanted wasn't cooked but was told it would be ready in 3 minutes and I said sure that would be fine. After I watched it get put out, the employee never brought it out to me. Maybe just forgot, but I felt like we were more of an inconvenience than being treated...

Girl behind counter was rude. We had never been there and we explained that to her. Serving area was grossly dirty and messy. Pans of beans and other food were empty. Guacamole pan was really nasty. No won't go back.

Went to pick up my kids meal and I see one of the employees that’s making my Togo meal. He serves a portion of my food with gloves on after he used his phone. I asked to have my food remade but I suppose by his look I was out of line with my request
