Went today at about 1130am for lunch and I have to say Carol (cashier) was awesome! She provided great customer service to myself and the other Officer. Carol is a big reason we eat at that restaurant because of the service she provides. Keep up the great work!!! Chipotle on Seguin RD y’all have a great TEAM!!

The service is still great. The regular meals are good. Now I don't know who has been making the chips recently but they need to be replaced at this station or retrained. Whoever thinks it's okay to sell some burn chips, it's not! To me, it's like saying you get a bag of burnt fries from another fast food restaurant.

Sometimes the workers give you portions like it comes directly out of their check. Honestly the food itself from any Chipotle chain just isn't quite the same as it was pre-2020 AND it's WAY more expensive - which is a damn shame. So I find myself rarely coming back and when I give Chipotle another chance they betray. Every single time.
