Went on a weekday so it was dead and little man could play pretty freely. You can do 60 min of games for $20 which was great. Pizza was good. A few of the machines were wonky, staff was good. 4 stars is great imo.

The atmosphere is great! All of the games but one we’re working, so I count that as a win! The employees were a younger bunch so they tend to group up and talk a lot. That only time I had to wait and get someone’s attention was when we were trying to get prizes. Other than that, they were a nice group of kids.

Not a lot of options for games. Easily will spend 100 on poor quality pizza, fries, and wings. If you go for the food ....don't. If you're going for the games and entertainment there are not a lot of options. Games don't seem to be updated like other facilities. The bathroom was a bit smelly too and could use some air freshener.

Went for a party, the tables are too close together so no one can stand up and talk.No soap in bathroom, no hand sanitizer. The kids are encouraged to join back for pizza but no one washes their hands. Took my child to but no soap.Have a better system in place to redeem tickets. One associate when 7 bday parties are ending doesn’t do it.Get soap and place hand sanitizer throughout arcade. Or have a staff member sanitizing games.Move half the party tables to other side of restaurant that sits as a ghost town on that side. Don’t push every person in the building into a compacted spot.I did not enjoy this place needs better management and renovations. Party staff does not engage with the bday kids and seem visibly annoyed to be there.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here. The food is great, one of our favorite pizzas, oddly enough and their garlic cheese bread is fantastic. The downsides are the price. Spent waaay more than expected. Never thought I would spend 800 on a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. Another downside is that they cram everyone in at the same times for the parties. And sadly our party person did not have my daughter’s cake ready to sing happy birthday and we didn’t get to have everyone there to sing either because they had all the other 6 parties singing at the same time.Overall though, it was one of the best birthdays my daughter had in her eyes and in the end, that made me happy to see her so excited. This will be the first and last time to have her party there though. lol

We recently celebrated a family event at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff set the stage for a fantastic experience. The variety of arcade games and attractions catered to all ages, ensuring that every member of our family, from the youngest to the oldest, had a great time. Chuck E. Cheese truly understands how to create an environment that fosters family fun and bonding. The pizza was delicious, and the menu offered a good range of options to satisfy everyone's cravings. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for us to relax and refuel before diving back into the excitement. What impressed us the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff members were not only attentive but also seemed genuinely invested in ensuring that every guest had a memorable experience. It's clear that Chuck E. Cheese prioritizes creating positive memories for families, and they excel at it.The redemption center was a big hit with the kids, who eagerly exchanged their hard-earned tickets for a variety of prizes. The redemption process was smooth, and the prizes were a great way to cap off our visit. In conclusion, Chuck E. Cheese exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We left with smiles on our faces and wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a place that guarantees family fun, great food, and top-notch service, Chuck E. Cheese is the perfect destination. We can't wait for our next visit!

Last minute change in taking grandson for a fun excursion. He's not even two years old, but he had a phenomenal time interacting with other children and even got on the dance floor with Chuck E. Cheese himself. The pizza we got was very good.

Way too much money! Pizza tasted really good, but salad didn't, the salad was too old. The games don't work good. We will never be back here.

If you want to spend over 80 dollars for just you and your young kid for a stale pizza and 30 dollars worth of 15 min of game play, this is the place. The workers are rude and seem like they hate their job. Super over priced for what you get. Go to Mr. Gattis instead.
