Very rude staff. Saturday AM and they were out of food and out of cash. Employees were not at all apologetic for the lack of food or service. Acted like it was my fault. Obviously stems from poor management.

Left out for an early flight, ordered the sausage egg and chz biscuit. It was so hard I couldn’t even chew through the sandwich. I also ordered some cinnamon balls with some icing. The icing was old. Worst thing ever. Don’t bother getting your morning snack here.

Just close this place. They never have anything ready, cinnamon rolls nor pretzels. The employees are rude, when I asked if I could get pepperoni bites, the lady said, it’s going to take a long time. I asked why and she replied in a nasty manner, “there is only two of us here!” I guess it was my fault for trying to order a normal item from their menu.

I tried to order a small pretzel nuggets. The guy told me they only have mediums. I asked if he could put the pretzels from the medium cup into a small cup. He said no. I changed my order to a regular pretzel. He said they didn’t have any, so I left. What the heck?!

It's amazing how bad some places are that are still in business. Had an early flight out, so the staff couldn't have already been frustrated. When I stepped up to order, NO greeting at all, even though I tried my best to be cheerful and respectful. The food is what you expect from a national chain place - luckily nothing bad. The prices are almost twice what you would pay at a non-airport location. This poor review strictly reflects the really bad customer service. Check all the previous reviews to verify. Avoid unless you absolutely need a ho-hum cinnamon roll and run of the mill coffee served with a huge helping of bad attitude.

My husband ordered a Cinnabon and asked for a glass of tap water and the server told him she couldn’t give him tap water. Funny as we had a meal at the Smoke Shack in the airport and had no problem getting tap water there. Very poor service.
I just wanted a cinnamon roll, when I gave the cashier the money and she asked if I wanted my change back, and I said yes. She then proceeded to make fun of me to/and with the other workers. She should be fired!

Pizza Pretzel was so old was hard as a rock baby's Pretzel dog was old hard as a rock was a huge waste of money if you value your money you will just avoid this dump at all cost get food else where or starve cause if you buy here you will waste money and still starve!!!!
