“We ran into Blanca’s Cake and Catering about 2 years ago at a quince expo. Ever since then my daughter has been raving about them, and this was just from a tasting. Then we hired them to do the cake and repostería at my daughters quince. Everything was perfect from the frosting to the cake to the cookies. I explained how we do not like frosting that is too sweet and a little bit whipped and boy did they come through. The wedding cookies were raved about through my family and the little matching colored desserts were a hit with all the teens. Would recommend a million times over.“

“Came in here real quick cause I was in the area and I saw it and I wanted something sweet they had a pretty good selection of different flavors. I got a cookies and cream cupcake. The lady was very nice and kind and the atmosphere was very nice and clean, the prices were really good too. I ate my cupcake in my car and the only thing I regret is not getting more. It was very soft and decadent and the frosting on the top very rich but not too sweet. I’m definitely gonna order cupcakes from here if I ever have like a party or something in the future.“
