Disappointing to say the least. A relative ordered a chocolate tres leches and upon slicing it, we realized it was a plain chocolate cake. My relative went to inquire about it and was told it was indeed a 3 leches cake. It clearly was not. Instead of apologizing or admitting their error, they refunded the money and asked them not to return. We will gladly not return or give either of the locations our business.
