“We ran into Blanca’s Cake and Catering about 2 years ago at a quince expo. Ever since then my daughter has been raving about them, and this was just from a tasting. Then we hired them to do the cake and repostería at my daughters quince. Everything was perfect from the frosting to the cake to the cookies. I explained how we do not like frosting that is too sweet and a little bit whipped and boy did they come through. The wedding cookies were raved about through my family and the little matching colored desserts were a hit with all the teens. Would recommend a million times over.“

“Hello! I ordered through the online app and they got here exactly at the time they said they would! This is my first time trying their cakes so I was very excited! Today was my son’s last day of preschool and he wanted to try the new Banana Nutella flavor! So I ordered one for him and two vanilla cakes for his bus drivers :). When the Order was delivered, They didn’t put his banana nutella in the bag and instead put strawberry cheesecake, which sadly, my son is allergic to strawberries :(! I was so sad but I ended up calling the store and telling them what happened, the women on the phone immediately said “no problem, ill hand deliver the banana Nutella cake to you!” I was so shocked at how sweet she was and how she would do that! 15min later she showed up at my door with the banana Nutella cake, no charge at all! I forgot her name but she deserves the world!! My son came home 10min later and loved the cake so much! It was absolutely delicious! Amazing service and such delicious cakes here! I will be ordering again! That women deserves a big raise, she was the sweetest!!“

“The staff at Marble Slab consistently provide excellent service. They’re friendly, attentive, and efficient, even during busy times. The ice cream is always fresh and delicious, and the team ensures each order is made perfectly. The shop is clean, organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that the employees take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this location! I always go because the guy with the sleeve tattoo always gives me a good recommendations when I always wanna try a new ice cream flavor. He is always patient even when I can’t make up my mind and kind of cute. But all around all the employees there are great even when they have to deal with somebody as difficult as me when I can’t decide“

“11/18/25-1st time coming to this location as a teacher gifted me 2-$10 gift cards as a birthday gift and love there hospitality as they greeted all there customers and they did a beautiful chant as well. The male cashier Jacob T and female cashier was very attentive to my requests as i was trying to deplete all the funds on both cards. Would highly recommend and return.“
