Daddy’s Smokin’ Shack catered a rehearsal dinner at our hotel last night and did an excellent job. The staff put together a beautiful setup, had amazing food, did a great job with the bar, and cleaned so well you couldn’t tell there was even a party. We’d be elated to have them back anytime!
From start to finish, Steve and his team were our dream wedding caterer. The brisket was some of the best I’ve ever had and the shrimp Alfredo (never thought I would have that at our wedding), gave the brisket a run for its money. Our guests raved about it all!
From the bottom of our hearts thank you to Steve and his team! I would highly recommend him for catering needs in San Antonio and beyond!

Daddy’s Smokin’ Shack catered our wedding this past Saturday. Steve was AMAZING to work with and so was his staff! Everyone was so incredibly respectful and even brought us plates as soon as we sat down. The food was so good and we were complimented on it the entire night.
