Honestly this location is great. Not sure why such harsh reviews. If you want a honest review here it is. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere especially on busy nights. Now truthfully on the weekend don’t expect a 20min delivery- Being the only downtown location & dealing with traffic/ events/ construction they’re pretty fast on deliveries. Even have bikes!! I don't know why they had so many bad reviews 5 years ago but I've been a regular customer for almost 3 years at this location. They are great. Some of the drivers have come and gone but they have always been prompt (except for a short time when they only had one driver doing all the deliveries) and courteous.

ordered pizzas at 10:50 for delivery and we never received it, had to go pick it up at the store and then wait another 20 min for them to make it fresh. Pizza is good and never problems but the delivery and lack of employees to fulfill orders is ridiculous.
