Personally, I really liked the cheese with corn slices and the chicharrón pressed in flour, delicious. If you're looking for a homemade flavor, that's where you have to go.
This is not your typical full service restaurant. However they have some of the best guisados! Their barbacoa is juicy, made with a little fat. I’m sure you can ask for lean, but I don’t. I’m on many times I come across unseasoned barbacoa. Which is weird considering it’s not a lot of seasonings used. A little dash of salt goes a long way.
