LOCATION NEXT TO RENTAL CARS INSIDE AIRPORT !!!!!!! NOT INSIDE PARKING GARAGE !!!!!!Let me start off by saying I am new to the airport and new to DD as well . So for this being my first time ever in life THIS LADY had/STILL HAS the worst attitude / customer service in the whole world !! soon as I approached the counter “ Uh can I help you “ while sitting down and when I tell her my order she goes on a says SHE CANT HEAR ME with an attitude rolling her eyes . First of all … who greets someone sitting down to begin with . After I placed my order she proceeded to make my order while slamming the cabinets and throwing the ice . After she was me taking photos of her THEN SHE DECIDED TO GET HER ACT RIGHT . What sucks is she’s the only place/person who works there , an open with coffee at the time I come in to work 3am. I really do hope and pray they get someone new cause idk how someone can be that disrespectful and still work there .

Got dunkin last month and this month, each time this old lil lady had this miserable attitude and ruined my order. It's literally funny how bad it's been each time.

People having early morning flights, the store does not open at 4AM as mentioned. The worker comes in at 4AM and starts working on setting up the store and starts taking the order at 4.30AM.

Before going to this Dunkin, I was told by MANY people, that the main girl working there sucked at customer service. And I 100% agree after my 1st visit. When the first coffee was being explained to her, she was on the phone the whole time. Both drinks were iced coffee. When the 1st one was ready, it was a hot coffee. Which shows she did not pay attention at all. And when I would call for her attention, She was not hearing me or just plain ignoring me. Either way, the lady with the red hair SUCKED. Do not go here! I would give her 0 stars if I could.

Sign says be back in 30 minutes, thank you Management. Been waiting 45 minutes and no one has been here. Horrible service!!

I wanted hot coffee at 4 am at the airport and I believe they are the ones that are open first. I ordered a Boston cream doughnut and a small coffee. The donut was good, not stale and overall not bad. I am not sure what was going on with the coffee, but even with the 2 creams and sugars it tasted sour. I spent about $3 but the coffee left a sour taste in my mouth, literally. It could have been the cream but who knows.

1st I waited over 30 minutes to open, I was ther at 6:25am and she opened at 7:05, she was very unpleasant, it concerns me that this is the impression our Guest to the city has to deal with

Great place in the airport for your breakfast or quick bite. Assorted variety of donuts and sandwiches. Has options for your coffee too. Slow moving line, need to be faster. Otherwise I'll give a better rating. Associates not really friendly.

I needed a coffee fix pre-flight, and the Dunkin' kiosk set up in the "food court" area right by the main security checkpoint hit the spot. I only needed coffee, and it was served hot, and was exactly as I expected from Dunkin' (good coffee). There is general seating for the food court here, so I was able to do some work while enjoying my coffee. All in all, this did what it needed to do to feed my caffeine addiction!
