El Colegio is a cocktail bar located inside the Omni La Mansion del Rio hotel in San Antonio. The staff is attentive and happy to help, providing wonderful service. The restaurant offers a small dining menu, but the appetizers and entrees are all good. The lava cake dessert is a highlight, and the old-fashioned drinks are among the best. The menu includes options like the meat and cheese plate, Smash Cheeseburger, and Brisket Quesadilla, all of which are delicious. The restaurant has a few tables inside and a couple of TVs in the back where you can watch games while enjoying your drinks. Although the service can be slow at times, the food is good enough to recommend. Room service is also available, and the balcony view makes it a wonderful experience.
