Stopped in Merkaba to catch game 6 between the Spurs and the Thunder (OKC) and it was lit. Turned out to be a great choice. The atmosphere was fun and intense. San Antonio loves their Spurs. The DJ kept the energy going during every commercial break, making it feel more like a club lounge than your typical sports bar.

Great laid back spot in San Antonio
Great spot with a really fun and energetic atmosphere right by the River Walk. The music, lighting, and overall vibe make it a nice place to hang out with friends, especially at night. Drinks are well made and the staff is generally friendly and attentive even when it gets busy

Merkaba is an upscale club with a lively atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and reservations are recommended. Downstairs, they have an Italian restaurant where guests can enjoy a meal before heading upstairs to enjoy the DJ music. The drinks are creative but pricey, and parking downtown at the Riverwalk can be a challenge and expensive. Merkaba is a popular spot for a fun night out, with recent reviews praising the fantastic private events, amazing atmosphere, and great music selection.
