May or may not have been an off day for the cook. Ordered a chilaquiles taco and the egg was still gooey. Also Ordered a country and egg taco and didn't like the egg either. They do not whisk or beat the egg before cooking it. So my eggs where patchy, white and yellow. The flour tortillas are pretty good, well cooked.
Shout out to all my co workers from Steve's and Sons working hard day in and day out. When your in a rush and coming down New Laredo Hwy. To work, to make that attendance bonus, lol don't forget to slow down and try some delicious Carne Guisada with cheese. My Fave. Big tacos packed with flavor. Plus they have a lot of specials everyday. You earned it!!!
